Guide To Fishing At Bean Lake
As part of a conservation marsh area, Bean Lake is a 400-acre oxbow in the northwest part of the state, one-half mile east of the Missouri River. Fluctuating water levels can impact boat launching. Canoes and kayaks are ideal here for easy access. Significant amounts of brush and aquatic vegetation provides plenty of cover for fish - both predator and prey. There is a mixed bag of fish species here and a host of factors can influence the results of a day fishing
